When I started training with Charles, I had just finished my first year on the college basketball team. I was red-shirted that year and didn’t get to play. I wasn’t sure what to expect from Charles, but he exceeded all my expectations. I was very comfortable around him, he was very patient, and took the time to make sure that I got it right. Charles is very knowledgeable and focused on my goals, but doesn’t make me feel like an idiot. He related to me very well and welcomed all my questions. Training with Charles has made a huge difference in my basketball game and is paying off. Now I am more prepared for the game, and am getting more playing time. Charles is the best!

The new training schedule you provided is BRUTAL! But I love it! It is a lot of exercises, with a lot of reps and it is challenging to get through. It makes you dig down deep.

Charles is a great trainer. I am trying to get back to a former athletic build and have been having problems losing weight…just couldn’t get past that certain number. Also, I have 2 children to care for and not much free time in a day. I asked Charles “what can I do?” He said “No problem. I will just have to create a program that will help you to burn more calories for a longer period of time (using all of your muscle groups).” So, Charles made a program for me with my time considerations in mind. He gave me a program that only took about 45 minutes at the gym and, immediately, I lost 3.5 pounds in the month of December. Can you believe it?! I lost weight during the biggest weight-gaining season of the year. I just got my revised program and am so excited to get going! Thanks 2 Good Health!

I was worried at first because I had dealt with a nutritionist before who had unreasonable expectations.  The only reason I worked with Charles was because he talked with us the first time in a reasonable manner.  What I like best about Charles is that he is very knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and he uses common sense about the diet plan for his clients.  I was very satisfied because my goal was accomplished.
